Frequently Asked Questions

When are you reopening?

We’ll be reopening on February 4th 🎉
Please note that availability will be limited as we reopen gradually.

What products will be available?

At this stage, we’re offering variations of our best-selling carrot cake, made with the same quality and care you know us for. Our carrot cake is also available in a gluten-free option.

This is a temporary, simplified menu while we adjust to this new phase. We look forward to expanding our offerings again in the future.

How do I place an order?

Our online shop is currently not live, so orders cannot be placed directly through the website.

To order:

  1. View our menu on the website.

  2. Fill out the cake order form.

  3. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to confirm availability, final details, and payment.

How much notice do you require for orders?

All orders require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept last-minute orders.

This allows us to maintain quality, organisation, and a sustainable work rhythm.

Is availability limited?

Yes. As we reopen slowly, availability is limited, and we recommend submitting your order request as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

What are your days and hours of operation?

We operate on a limited schedule:

  • Wednesday to Friday: 10:00 – 19:00

  • Saturday: 10:30 – 12:30

Messages and order requests are handled during these hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via:

  • MB Way

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit card (via secure payment link, if needed)

Payment details will be shared once your order is confirmed.

Why is the menu limited right now?

Maria is returning to work while also caring for her baby at home. This slower, more focused approach allows us to continue delivering high-quality products without compromising care, consistency, or well-being.

What about nut allergies?

While most cakes do not contain nuts, we bake peanut butter cookies in the same oven as our other treats. We cannot guarantee that there won't be any traces of nuts in the air, as we do use walnuts, peanuts, and hazelnuts in some of our desserts.

Do you make healthy cakes?

Our treats are made with white sugar, and we're not a healthy bakery. We focus on making delicious and indulgent treats, with organic eggs and less sugar than most local bakeries.
