If you purchase a treat for a day we are closed, we will offer a partial refund; to cover our transactional costs. Our "closed days" will always be clearly stated in the top banner of our website and the contacts page.

LARICA TREATS ONLINE SHOP

To place an order for one or more treats from Larica Treats, the customer must follow the usual procedure for online shops: use the buttons next to each article to add an item to the basket and adjust quantities if you wish to purchase more than one dessert (when available). When you are done with your selection, simply proceed to check-out, following the instructions provided by the website at each step of the way.

PAYMENT

Larica Treats accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Non-payment orders following the date on which it was placed implies automatic cancellation of the same.

Delivery charges will be added, to the price, depending on the delivery destination.


APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The conditions of this contract apply to Portuguese law. The attribution of the jurisdiction in the event of a dispute and the lack of amicable agreement between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal despite the plurality of defendants and/or whatever the type of procedures.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer, under Law No. 144/2015, may also resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity: CNIACC - National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org).
