The Initiative

In response to the Covid-19 outbreak and quarantine, we invited you to support our small business and pay it forward by “purchasing” our desserts to be sent to our local area doctors, nurses, hospital support staff, paramedics, police department, and fire department. Join Larica in sharing some of our delicious treats, with your help and support we are launching #LaricaCares!

Each day these individuals selflessly put themselves at risk for the care of others – now, we invite you to help us in sending some seriously sweet care. We will match up to 250€ value in desserts shared in the form of care packages.

The #LaricaCares Packages will be baked, boxed, and sent to the brave caretakers in our community.

With your help we were able to raise 645€, of which we matched 250€ in value with our desserts. The #LaricaCares packages were baked, boxed, and sent to the brave first responders in Estoril & Cascais. Larica delivered 670 cupcakes, cookies, and sweetie pies to Hospital de Cascais, Hospital CUF de Cascais, Polícia do Estoril, Polícia de Cascais, Bombeiros de Cascais, Bombeiros do Estoril, and GNR de Alcabideche.
