Chocolate Chip Cookie Baking Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180*C, remove all trays and racks from the oven.
2. Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
3. Remove cookies from the freezer, remove the cover, and flip over onto a cutting board.
4. Using a knife cut off the desired pieces, return the remaining cookies to the freezer.
5. Place frozen cookies on the tray with the parchment paper, 4 centimeters apart.
6. Place the tray in the middle rack in the oven. Set a timer for 12-14 minutes, depending on how you like your cookies cooked and your oven.
7. Once the timer goes off, using oven mitts, remove the tray out of the oven and place it on the stove or a wire rack, or on top of a kitchen towel on a table.
8. Wait until you can touch the tray with your bare hands, and move cookies onto a wire rack so they can cool completely.
Cookies
Underbaked: 12-13 minutes, slightly brown around the edges
Baked: 13-14 minutes, browned slightly all over
Overbaked: 14-15 minutes, browned all over
